Privacy Policy

Last updated . This policy explains what dynoranet.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

dynoranet.com is operated by PadPrint / G-UNIT MEDIA Kft. This policy covers this website only. It does not cover any website you reach by following a link from here, which will have its own privacy policy.

Your Cart & Checkout Data

We want to be plain about this, because it's not how every store handles it: the contents of your shopping cart — the product, color, quantity and price — are kept only in your own browser's local storage, on your device. We don't receive or store your cart on a server anywhere.

The checkout page on this site is provided as a design preview. Information you type into it — your name, address, email, phone number, and payment details — is used only to display an order summary back to you in your own browser. It is not transmitted to us, not sent to any payment processor, and not stored anywhere once you leave or close the page.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us. In practice that means:

  • Contact details you submit — your name, email address, chosen subject and message, when you write to us or use the form on our contact page.
  • Correspondence — the content of emails and any follow-up exchange, kept so we can answer you and keep a record of the request.

We do not ask for, and this website does not transmit or store, payment card details, government identifiers, health information or account credentials. Please do not send them to us through the contact form.

Non-Personal Information

Like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically receive limited technical information when a page loads — browser type, general region, pages viewed, and the date and time of the visit. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it running securely; we do not attempt to use it to identify an individual visitor.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to enquiries and privacy requests you send us
  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site and its pages are used
  • To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are used in California law. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses a small number of them:

  • Strictly necessary — including the record of your cookie banner choice, so we do not ask again on every page. This is stored locally in your browser.
  • Analytics and preferences — to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and to remember basic preferences. These are set only where you have accepted non-essential cookies.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and browsers offer a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal; where we receive a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a valid opt-out request. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may mean the banner reappears on each visit.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site, and they process limited information on our behalf: web hosting and content delivery to serve pages, basic analytics to produce aggregate usage statistics, and email to receive and reply to your correspondence. These providers are permitted to use information only for the purpose of providing their service to us.

Data Retention

Correspondence and its associated contact details are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping — generally no more than 24 months — unless a longer period is legally required. Cart data lives only in your browser's local storage and is cleared automatically once an order is placed or whenever you clear your browser data; we never hold a copy of it. Records of privacy requests are kept as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance.

Data Security

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to correspondence is limited to people who need it, and our providers are selected on the basis of their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take these steps seriously we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.

Children's Privacy (Under 13)

This website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your US Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident — and, as a matter of policy, if you are a resident of any US state with comparable legislation — you have the following rights:

Right to Know

You may ask what categories of personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and with which categories of provider it has been shared.

Right to Delete

You may ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to the exceptions the law allows — for example where we must retain a record to comply with a legal obligation.

Right to Correct

You may ask us to correct personal information you believe is inaccurate.

Right to Opt-Out

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you may still submit the request, and we will confirm our position in writing. You may also decline non-essential cookies at any time using the banner or your browser settings.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you access to this website, degrade its quality, or treat you differently in any way because you exercised a privacy right.

How to Submit Privacy Requests

Send your request by email to hello@padprint.hu with the subject line “Privacy Request”, or write to PadPrint / G-UNIT MEDIA Kft., Váci út 71., 1047 Budapest, Hungary. You may also telephone 36 20 954 7622.

Please tell us which right you are exercising and include enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, extending once by a further 45 days where a request is complex — we will tell you if that happens. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when our practices or our providers change. Updates are published on this page with a revised date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will make it prominent on the website.
