Dynoranet is an independent online retailer. We sell RoboTwist and a short list of other kitchen and household gadgets directly to customers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GraniteStone or Emson, the manufacturer of the RoboTwist jar opener, or by any other brand whose products we carry. Any relationship implied by a product name or description is limited to our selling that product — nothing more.
If you have a question specifically about the manufacture, warranty terms, or engineering of a product, the manufacturer's own materials are the authoritative source; we're glad to help where we can, but we speak as the retailer, not the manufacturer.
